Initail consultations including a season overview is £30 - refundable if you take a monthly program

Monthly programs are £60 per calendar month, including a weekly training program emailed to you personally and unlimited email access to your coach with a weekly 'phone call.

Daily and weekend training packages, (prices on request), will include swim, bike and run analysis, (with video footage included), and transition training.
